1. Acceptance of Terms

This agreement is a binding contract between you and Dracula Casino. The moment you open an account, claim a promotion or place a bet, you confirm that you have read these terms, understood them and agreed to be bound by them. If any part is unacceptable to you, please refrain from using the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 19 or older, or the legal gambling age where you live if that age is higher.
• You must live in a jurisdiction that allows online gaming.
• You must act for yourself alone, never on behalf of someone else.
• Staff and affiliates of Dracula Casino are not permitted to open player accounts.

3. Your Account

Each player is limited to a single account. Keeping your login details private is your responsibility, as is everything that happens under your account. The information you register must be truthful and kept current. We may suspend any account found to hold false or duplicate details.

4. Verification (KYC)

Anti-money-laundering rules mean we may need to confirm your identity, age, address and payment methods before any withdrawal is released. Transactions can be paused or held until that check is finished. Submitting forged documents will lead to account closure and loss of funds.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits appear instantly once your payment provider authorises them.
• Payouts are sent only to a verified method registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• We add no fees of our own, although your provider might.
• Where the law demands it, we may ask you to evidence the source of your funds.

6. Bonuses & Wagering

Taking a bonus is always optional, and each one comes with its own wagering target, game-contribution weightings, maximum-bet cap and expiry date as set out in the promotion. Misusing offers — through collusion, irregular betting patterns or similar tactics — can result in the bonus and any winnings tied to it being removed.

7. Fair Play & Conduct

Every game is powered by certified random number generators. Bots, exploits, collusion and any other attempt to rig outcomes are strictly forbidden. Where we detect such behaviour, we may void the related bets and close the account involved.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is offered on an "as is" basis. So far as the law permits, Dracula Casino accepts no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses linked to your use of, or inability to use, the service. You play at your own risk, and only with money you can comfortably afford to lose.

9. Account Closure

You're welcome to close your account whenever you like by contacting support. We, in turn, may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms, the law or our responsible-gaming policy. Any verified balance not under investigation will be paid back to you.

10. Changes & Governing Law

These terms may be revised from time to time, and the most recent version posted on this page always takes precedence. They are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where you reside. By continuing to use the service after an update is published, you accept the amended terms.
